ปัจจุบันมีปัญหาต่างๆ มากมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบท่อของ เช่น ผิวท่อ ภายใน-นอกผุกร่อน ท่อรั่ว ท่อภายในอุดตัน วาวล์ และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ไม่สามารถทำงานตามที่ได้ออกแบบไว้โดยในอดีตที่ฝานมาการจะซ่อม/เปลี่ยนท่อต่างๆจะต้องทำการหยุดระบบ (Shut-down) และระบายน้ำออกจากระบบ (Draining) เพื่อดำเนินการดัง กล่าว ซึ่งจะทำให้มีผลกระทบต่างๆ ทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม อาทิเช่น อาคารไม่มีระบบปรับอากาศตลอดระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการ ภาพลักษณ์ ตลอดจนสูญเสียโอกาสทางธุรกิจ อื่นๆอีก ปัจจุบันบริษัทฯได้เล็งเห็นปัญหาดังกล่าวและทำได้ทำการรวบรวมบริการ (Bundled Services ) เกี่ยวกับการซ่อมหรือตัดต่อท่อภายใต้ความดัน เพื่อใช้ในการดำเนินการดังกล่าวข้างต้น
